If any of you come across information on any rentals that seem to be livable and safe places, and you do not end up moving in to the unit, please share contact info with other tenants of Universal Lofts who are still searching for a new place to live!

This may be a little far for some of you, but I moved into Royal Oak Estates between 11 and 12 on Stephenson Hwy. They have bad ratings online, but are under new management and have since done MAJOR improvements. New parking lot, new pool, ALL NEW appliances. I am very happy with them so far-- they worked with my situation and got me in very fast, and are continuing to do repairs (tile work, window screen repairs, etc). I think there are only 1 bedrooms left, but they really are great and Kristy in the office is unbelievably helpful. Cats only. I'll keep my ears open.
