I def. agree a face-to-face tenants meeting is a must at this point!!!!! Can everyone who is following along with this board start to give some personal availability information? This way we can set up one or two meetings that everyone can attend.
I'm suggesting....maybe even as early as Sunday....as people usually have this day off work. We can meet somewhere close - or even at someone's unit in the building.
A face-to-face will help a LOT. Also - I have been talking to local lawyers....that is where a lot of the previous info I listed came from. But, it would do us good to come together and speak with someone as a group. Maybe at the tenant meeting - we can find a time that people would also be available to do a face-to-face with a lawyer? I think that is honestly the next step.....if Boydell management continues to try to intimidate and commit fraud....we are left with no other choice.
One of the things my close neighbors and I have also discussed is "setting up another individual meeting" with this Sarah fool - and/or this Chris idiot - and then.........
......have AS MANY TENANTS as we can join this meeting.
Let them think they are dealing with one person........then 20+ disgruntled tenants will show up. At that point, they will KNOW we are organizing, sharing information, and that WE MEAN BUSINESS.
They will have NO CHOICE but to deal with us all at once.
And hopefully they will finally get the picture that if they continue this fraudulent behavior.....there WILL BE FURTHER CONSEQUENCES FOR THEM.
How many people out there would be available anytime on SUNDAY, 7/29/12?
What time frame would work best?
